I livea peaceful life all I need to complete the good life I am living right now is nothing but a woman with a good heart. We have all experienced loss, and for some, truly trying and painful life experiences. And most of us coped with them the best we could, given the tools we had at the time. In our adult lives, those coping mechanisms no longer serve and we need to examine those experiences – welcome them back in with love and acceptance and integrate them into our beings. Get over it and Let it go are truly not effective strategies in dealing with loss to achieve joyfulness and fulfillment. Self-awareness and a practice of self-love and self-forgiveness are essential to this integration. Spiritual belief is good; a spiritual practice is far better.

Looking

I'm looking to find a good woman, a woman with values. A woman who knows what she is looking for. I am looking to find a good woman who will peaceful and someone who have love and happiness in there in heart to share.

My Interests

My interest includes sports, been active like keeping busy in the gym. Eating right and healthy is a big interest, traveling, sailing, camping, live concerts, fashion shows and more.
